You will receive:

- An original custom illustration (unframed) created and signed by the artist Kaili Saba.

- A4 or A3 sized, hand drawn and painted artwork on heavy stock artist paper, using professional materials. This may include pencil, ink, paint and markers.

Please note, the background for custom illustrations is a PLAIN white background. If you require a more detailed background, please email me for a quote at hello@kailisaba.com.

THE PROCESS:

1. PURCHASE- Please purchase your custom illustration, by selecting your preferred size (A3 or A4) and selecting how many figures are to be included in your artwork.

3. BRIEF - Please email Kaili a detailed brief of what you would like Kaili to create for your custom illustration. Please email any photos or images you would like Kaili to reference in ONE EMAIL if possible to hello@kailisaba.com. If it is a group or family commission, please send a photo with the group together, so that Kaili can see everyone’s heights in relation to each other. Exact outfits of what everyone is wearing is also required. If you wish to be wearing different clothing than what is in your photos, please make sure to include photos/images of the clothing/accessories you wish to be wearing (these can be website images).

3. BACKGROUND - All illustrations are created on a plain white background. If you require a detailed background, please email Kaili for a quote.

4. CREATE - After Kaili receives your brief, Kaili will start creating your one of a kind artwork. This starts with an initial rough sketch to show composition. This will be emailed to your for feedback and approval. You may request any changes you would like at this time. If you require more than one round of changes, this can be requested for an additional fee.

5. COLOUR - Once the rough sketch is complete and has been approved, Kaili will start rendering your commissioned artwork in colour, tone, shade and light to bring it to life. If you have a specific colour palette in mind, please be sure to include this in the brief.

6. TURNAROUND TIME - Depending on Kaili’s exisiting commitments, commissioned artwork can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the scale and detail required for the artwork. If you require a commissioned artwork sooner, please email me first to see if the time frame can be accommodated. A rush fee may be applicable.

7. Your custom artwork will be mailed to you with care in a sturdy cardboard mailer via Australia Post.
