Terms of Agreement

* A 50% deposit is required to be paid upfront to secure the date, with the balance due 1 month before the event date. Your booking date is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

*If the event date is within 1 month of the time of booking, full payment is required upfront.

* If you cancel the booking within 1 month of the event date, the deposit is non-refundable. If more than 1-month notice is given, your deposit is refunded in full, less a $100 cancellation fee.

* If payment is not received in full by the due date, your booking may be cancelled.

* If Kaili cancels the booking due to any unforeseen circumstances on her part (such as illness/personal reasons), you will be refunded in full.

* If the event is located outside of the central Brisbane areas there will be a travel fee (please email for an estimate).

* If parking fees are applicable, they are not included in the pricing, and will be invoiced.

* While Kaili illustrates as many guests as possible within the booked time, she cannot guarantee how many guests will be illustrated during the live drawing time frame (please see FAQ page on Kaili’s website for more information on estimated timing to draw each guest).

* If you wish Kaili to stay longer than the original booking time, this extra time will be invoiced afterward.

* If you require more guests to be illustrated than the agreed package/time frame, this extra work will be quoted and invoiced accordingly.
