By requesting to commission Kaili Saba (the artist) for a custom artwork you (as the client) agrees to the following terms and conditions: - Upon accepting your commission and receipt of this questionnaire, Kaili will issue you an invoice. Your custom illustration will proceed once payment is received in full. - The client entrusts the assignment entirely to the artist based on previously created work and style. - Two rounds of revisions are included in the rough sketch phase. If upon completion the works do not appear to meet the client's expectations, a constructive solution will be sought between the two parties. The artist undertakes to strive to deliver works of the highest quality in the agreed style and atmosphere. (photos to be added to final document). (adjust to preferences) -The works are delivered with a signed certificate of authenticity. The artist retains the copyright of the works, the images of which may not be reproduced without permission. AGREED STYLE The client indicates a preference for following already existing paintings as inspiration for the style, the preference for color goes to work (x).
